Joanna and Dan's Wedding

Our family took a road trip to Nashville, Tennessee to see one of my childhood best friends, Joanna Rolan, get married. Me, Jo, Kari and Madi (pictured above) have been friends from the 7th grade. It was so special to see them all again. Jo beamed the whole day (as she should have).

The ceremony consisted of three spoken portions by the pastor, two spoken poems/scriptures by friends, and 2 beautiful songs sung by friends of Jo and Dan's. It was lovely.

The reception afterward was held at the 'Cabana' where they served a variety of things including pizza! K1 paid a whole dollar to dance with the bride during the 'Honeymoon' dance.

Mama happily danced with him the rest of the time :)

We bid the newlyweds farewell and headed back to our hotel to find some dinner and regroup.
