Ear Infection

Last week, K1 wasn't feeling tiptop. He was congested and more grumpy than usual. On Sunday night he developed a throaty cough and was running a temperature. It seemed that I stayed up most of the night with him and napped when he napped the next day. We did a repeat of the night before on Monday night, except this time I slept on his floor. His fever wasn't getting any better so I called the doc and scheduled an appointment. We went in and it was revealed that K1 has an ear infection. I saw him touch his ear once the night before but didn't think anything of it. He's now on meds and seems to be a little happier, but still sleeps a lot. Hopefully we can get back to normal by the end of week.
